Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all products within two working days of payment being received. It is very likely to be quicker than this, but we want to under promise and over deliver, rather than the other way round!
Currently we only ship to the UK. If your country is not listed when you come to check out, please feel free to contact us to discuss further.
Local Deliveries
If you live locally to us in Stockport/Manchester then we have a number of other options available for you.
- Free Home Delivery if within 5 miles of us in Stockport. When proceeding to checkout, if you are eligible it will come up as a delivery option.
- Free Click & Collect from us in Stockport (Big Yellow Storage, Bailey Road, Stockport, SK1 2AD) most evenings and weekends. Please contact us once your order has been completed to arrange this.
- Free Click & Collect from us at our Stockport Market Stall, which is most Saturdays. Please contact us once your order has been completed to arrange this.
UK Deliveries
Dispatched with two working days of payment being received.
Dispatched with Royal Mail 48 & 24 Hours Tracked.
Prices range from £3.50 to £11.99 depending on size and weight. This is calculated at shipping for you.
We do also use DHL for larger parcels, so after purchasing if we are able to get it to you cheaper with them, we will let you know and happily refund the difference. We will seek confirmation that you are happy for us to do this before proceeding.
Republic of Ireland Deliveries
From 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU’s single market and customs union and new rules apply.
As of 1 July 2021, items imported to the EU with a value of €22 or less became liable for VAT.
This means when purchasing from our site, you will be liable for any Customs and VAT charges when your parcel arrives in Ireland. We only pay postage to get your parcel to your country. Titan Pops will not be held liable for any charges that are applicable to you and nor can we confirm the amounts that these will be.
To keep costs reasonable, some of our larger and heavier products may not be available to purchase. Please contact us if you are interested and we will work with you to get the products to you.
Other European Deliveries
Due to the EU VAT changes on the 1st of July 2021, we have taken the decision to suspend delivery to other European deliveries.
We want to ensure we are able to not only offer a fair price but also a great service to our European counterparts and with these changes we don't currently feel this is possible.
This will remain under review and if we find a way then we will look to explore this for you!
Non EU Countries
If you live outside of the UK and EU, we unfortunately are unable to deliver to you at this time. This will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
